SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT PROTOCOL

1. The Stewardship of Custody

At Sanctuary Studio, we construct premium, limited-edition physical assets—including our 30 momme Grade 6A Mulberry Silk garments—with absolute structural intent. Once an item is meticulously packaged and handed over to the shipping carrier, the legal stewardship, custody, and physical risk of that asset officially transfers directly to the purchaser.

  • Carrier Responsibility: We do not claim ownership or liability for transit delays, logistical friction, or failures caused by third-party shipping networks.

  • The Perimeter Boundary: It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure they provide a secure, uncompromised delivery location. Sanctuary Studio is not financially liable for "porch piracy," stolen shipments, or packages left exposed to environmental degradation once marked as "Delivered" by the tracking carrier.

2. Verification of Delivery Deficiencies

We maintain a strict quality-assurance perimeter. Every item is inspected and documented prior to departure from our facility. In the highly exceptional event that an item arrives with a verifiable structural deficiency:

  • The Notification Window: The purchaser must notify Sanctuary Studio via our secure contact portal within 5 calendar days of the recorded delivery timestamp.

  • The Evidentiary Requirement: Your email notification must include clear, unaltered, high-definition smartphone snapshots documenting the specific structural deficiency, alongside the original packaging material and order number.

  • The Resolution: Once our studio verifies the material anomaly, we will issue a secure return shipping label. Upon receiving the defective item back at our facility, a pristine, hand-inspected replacement garment will be immediately expedited to your perimeter at zero additional cost to you. Notifications received outside this strict 5-day window will be permanently excluded from review, considered resolved, and custody will be deemed fully accepted by the purchaser.

3. Sovereign Finality (No Returns or Exchanges)

Because our physical offerings—including our long robes, structured kimonos, and hair canopies—are engineered for pristine dermal insulation and energetic purity, we maintain an absolute policy of sovereign finality.

  • The Bio-Security Boundary: To preserve the energetic and biological integrity of our textiles, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances once an order has left our facility. We refuse to re-introduce open-market items back into our pristine inventory.

  • Pre-Order Precision: All pre-order selections are final. Ensure you double-check your sizing specifications and color selections prior to finalizing your financial exchange.

4. International Transmissions & Customs Compliance

For sovereign clients acquiring assets outside our domestic borders:

  • Import Tariffs and Taxes: The purchaser assumes absolute financial responsibility for any import duties, customs fees, processing tariffs, or localized taxes levied by your regional governing authorities.

  • Regulatory Delays: Sanctuary Studio has no jurisdiction over international customs check-points. We will not issue refunds or cancellations due to customs holds or international regulatory friction.
